Before switching to design, I worked in the nutrition supply chain as a Compliance Specialist. I was cultivated to implement effective solutions that balance between improving staff behaviours, operational processes and driving business outcomes. This has helped me to better relate to one of the underlying challenges in design - find a balance between users, operations and business goals.
